Your Own Web HMI/SCADA Solution in Just A Few Minutes - SPS 2019

At SPS 2019 – Smart Production Solutions – from 26th to 28th November in Nürnberg (Hall 6, Stand 250) we will be presenting our fully graphical, cloud-based engineering platform. The i4designer enables industrial companies to visualise their web SCADA, HMI and Internet of Things projects much more easier and faster than before. The software solution is completely web-based and offers intuitive tools that do not require any programming knowledge. Process visualisations can be created using drag-and-drop functions from graphical elements or automatically generated from existing text files. This allows companies to reduce their costs for web visualisations to a minimum.

Easily create and manage visualisations.

Once users have designed a visualisation, they can test it in simulation mode. Then it only takes a few mouse clicks to transfer the visualisation application to the system of the respective plant – without interrupting the running operation. The i4designer offers a wide range of editing functions and extensive symbol libraries for HMI, SCADA and analytics. In addition, users can add their own symbol libraries using a Software Development Kit (SDK). Visualisation projects can be edited alone or in a team with multiple users, and can be clearly managed via a dashboard. Older versions can be easily restored as needed.

Easy Integration.

The i4designer has standardised interfaces to OPC UA servers as well as to WEBfactory’s SCADA/HMI software i4SCADA and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platform i4connected. The software can also be easily connected to other platforms. Companies can use the i4designer both on-premises and in the cloud.

New scope for design.

“With our graphic, HTML5-based engineering platform, we have created a real innovation,” says Bernhard Böhrer, Managing Director of WEBfactory. “Thanks to i4designer, programming know-how is no longer necessary to create web-based process visualisations for machines, plants and networked building technology. This means that automation engineers can easily design visualisation applications themselves according to their needs.”
